Ordering Information
Currently, Urien's Medieval Emporium does not use online ordering software because we prefer to keep our communications with our customers more personal and friendly. We do understand that sending an email to order is slightly more of a hassle than just adding items to a shopping cart, but please bear with us and enjoy the personal service that you will receive.
Please take a moment to read through the following couple of notes and then feel free to email us with your order or any questions that you may have.
Color: Our leather items are usually made in the color shown, though we can dye the piece nearly any color that you wish. We have many colors available including red, green, yellow, blue, and brown. If you wish to have one of these colors instead of the standard, you need to let us know when you place your order. This also includes any multi-color dye jobs that you would like.
Pricing: All of our products are priced as shown. But special work or changes will need to be quoted on an individual basis and the price of the piece may rise slightly depending on the time the additional work will take. You will be notified of this before we proceed with the order.
Shipping Time: Many of our pieces are generic enough that we will be able to ship your order immediately as we are able to keep them in stock. Some pieces though are dependent on special information from the customer and have to be made after the order is placed. Normally, you can count on a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks or less.
Shipping Costs: The prices shown through the pages of the catalog do not include shipping, we will provide the shipping costs to your address with the initial quote of your order. In most cases we will ship via UPS normal delivery.
Custom Orders: On custom orders, we need to ask for 50 percent of the money for the order up front, before we start work on your order. We hate to ask this, but we have already learned that we must protect ourselves in this area. Again, we are sorry, but we have to do it.
